Stockton is a small Minnesota city of about 800 people nestled in the scenic bluff country of Winona County. Highway 14 provides the main access, connecting east to Winona and west toward Rochester, with most long-distance visitors coming from the Twin Cities via I-35 south. The 1876 stone schoolhouse remains the town's most distinctive landmark from its railroad heritage.
