Stillwater is a tiny Pennsylvania community of 169 people in Columbia County, reached via State Route 487 about 15 miles south of Bloomsburg. Most traffic comes from Bloomsburg on local trips, with longer routes connecting through I-80 and Route 11. The town sits in the Susquehanna River valley among rolling farmland and gets its name from a nearby creek that flows so slowly it appears still.
