State Line is a small Mississippi town right on the Alabama border, where Highway 45 connects travelers between Meridian and Mobile. The community sits in Wayne County's pine hills, about 35 miles south of Meridian via the main north-south corridor. Most visitors arrive on longer routes crossing between states, while locals make short trips to Waynesboro and surrounding communities.
