Starrucca is a tiny borough in northeastern Pennsylvania's Wayne County, right near the New York border. Most people reach it via Interstate 81, which connects to Scranton 45 minutes south and Binghamton 30 minutes north, or US Route 11 running east-west through town. The main attraction is the historic Starrucca Viaduct, an impressive 1848 stone railroad bridge with 17 arches spanning over 1,000 feet across the valley.
