St. Thomas is a small rural community in central Missouri with about 230 residents, located along Highway 63 between Jefferson City (15 miles south) and Columbia (45 miles north). State Route 54 provides east-west access to the Lake of the Ozarks region. The town maintains its historic post office, which has served the farming community since the late 1800s.
