St. Marks is a tiny Gulf Coast town of 243 people where two rivers meet the sea, about 20 miles south of Tallahassee via US 27 and State Road 59. The area offers excellent fishing and wildlife viewing in extensive salt marshes. Plan EV charging before visiting this remote spot. The historic St. Marks Lighthouse from 1831 still guides boats into the harbor.
