St. Francis is a tiny farming town of 177 people in northeastern Arkansas, just miles from Missouri. Highway 62 runs right through town, connecting west to Pocahontas and east to Missouri. It's about 90 miles north of Memphis via Highway 62 to Interstate 55. The community sits on some of Arkansas's richest farmland in the Mississippi River delta.
