Springville is a small Iowa town of about 1,200 people located 15 miles north of Cedar Rapids via Highway 13. The main route from Cedar Rapids takes Highway 100 north to Highway 13, passing through typical Iowa farmland along the Wapsipinicon River. Interstate 380 provides access from longer distances. The town's crown jewel is its restored 1900 Opera House, still hosting live theater performances.
