Springtown is a tiny community of about 100 people tucked into Benton County's rolling hills. Take Highway 72 west from Bentonville or north from Highway 16 if coming from Fayetteville. It's about 15 miles from Bentonville and 25 miles from Northwest Arkansas National Airport. The town still maintains its own post office, a rarity for such a small Arkansas community.
