Springdale is a small farming town in northeastern Washington, 40 miles northwest of Spokane on US Highway 395. The drive from Spokane takes about 45 minutes through rolling agricultural country. State Route 231 branches west toward Reardan and Grand Coulee. The town's most recognizable landmark is its towering concrete grain elevator from the early 1900s, visible for miles across the surrounding wheat fields.
