Spring Valley is a farming town of 1,300 people in western Wisconsin's Pierce County, about 30 miles from Minneapolis-St. Paul. Highway 29 runs east-west through town, connecting to I-94 near Menomonie 15 miles south. Most visitors come from the Twin Cities or Eau Claire via this route. The historic creamery building downtown recalls the area's dairy heritage.
