Spring Hill is a fast-growing city 30 miles south of Nashville, built around the massive GM manufacturing plant that once produced Saturn vehicles. Interstate 65 runs along the city's eastern edge, connecting it to Nashville via a popular 35-mile commute on SR-396. The rolling hills of middle Tennessee surround this former farming community turned automotive hub, where the original Saturn Parkway still bears the name of the discontinued car brand exclusively made here from 1990 to 2007.
