Spillertown is a tiny farming community in southern Illinois, about 15 miles northeast of Marion via Route 13. With just 246 residents, it sits in rolling countryside typical of the Ohio River valley region. The town gets its name from the Spiller family's 1800s mill, and you can still find the original foundation stones along the creek.
