Spencer is a small Oklahoma city just east of Oklahoma City, reachable via I-40 Exit 166. The 15-minute drive to downtown OKC makes it popular with commuters using Northeast 23rd Street and Choctaw Road. Will Rogers World Airport sits 20 miles southwest. The town features the Oklahoma Centennial Land Run Monument with bronze sculptures commemorating the 1889 Land Run.
