Spanish Fork lies in Utah's valley between the Wasatch Mountains and Utah Lake, just off Interstate 15 about 50 miles south of Salt Lake City. The main access comes via I-15, with US Highway 6 heading east through Spanish Fork Canyon toward Price. Most traffic flows between Provo (10 miles north) and surrounding valley communities via local routes like Main Street and Canyon Road. The city hosts one of the country's largest amateur rodeos each July during Fiesta Days, drawing over 600 contestants.
