South Fork is a small Pennsylvania borough in Cambria County, about 10 miles east of Johnstown where two rivers meet. Take US 219 north from Johnstown to PA 869 east, or exit the Pennsylvania Turnpike at Ebensburg. The town sits in Appalachian foothills with typical four-season weather. It's historically known as the site of the 1889 South Fork Dam failure that caused the catastrophic Johnstown Flood.
