Snow Hill is a small farming town in eastern North Carolina's Greene County, surrounded by tobacco fields and pine forests. US Highway 13 runs right through town, connecting north to Greenville (25 miles) and south toward Interstate 95. Most visitors arrive from Kinston, just 15 miles southeast, where the regional airport is located. The town celebrates its agricultural heritage each September with the annual Collard Festival.
