Silver Summit is a small mountain community in northern Utah's Summit County, perched at 6,800 feet in the Wasatch Mountains about 25 miles east of Salt Lake City. Reach it via I-80 through Parley's Canyon, with the drive taking about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake. Park City sits just 10 miles northeast on mountain roads.
