Shiloh is a St. Clair County city about 20 miles east of St. Louis, built around Scott Air Force Base and MidAmerica Airport. Interstate 64 provides the main east-west access, while Route 158 runs north-south through town. The National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows covers 200 acres and hosts pilgrims from across the Midwest.
