Sherrard, IL

Sherrard is a small farming community in western Illinois, about 15 miles southeast of the Quad Cities along Route 17. With around 700 residents, it sits on rolling prairie land near the Mississippi River bluffs. The town is easily reached via Route 17 from Interstate 74 or from Quad City International Airport about 20 miles northwest. The historic red brick Sherrard School building remains a local landmark.
