Sheridan is a small Arkansas town about 25 miles south of Little Rock via Highway 167, serving timber and farming communities in Grant County. The drive from Little Rock takes 30 minutes through pine forests, while Highway 46 connects east-west to smaller rural towns. The restored 1930s Strand Theatre downtown still shows movies and hosts live shows.
