Sheffield is a small lakefront city in northern Ohio, about 30 miles west of Cleveland along Lake Erie. Interstate 90 provides the main access route, with State Route 611 running north-south through town and Route 2 offering a scenic lakeside alternative. Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is 35 miles southeast. The town still follows the original 1790s Western Reserve surveyor's grid system in its street layout.
