Seymour is a small Wisconsin city 20 miles west of Green Bay on Highway 54. Take I-41 north from Milwaukee (100 miles) or Highway 10 east from Madison (130 miles) to reach it. Austin Straubel Airport is 25 miles away in Green Bay. The town of 3,570 sits in rolling dairy country with typical Wisconsin winters and humid summers. Seymour claims to be the birthplace of the hamburger, invented at the local fair in 1885.
