Seven Mile is a small Butler County community of 463 people, located about 30 miles north of Cincinnati along State Route 177. Most visitors reach it via I-75 to Middletown, then head west through Ohio's Miami Valley farmland. The town sits exactly seven miles from Hamilton, which is how early settlers came up with the name.
