Sesser is a small farming town in southern Illinois, about 100 miles southeast of St. Louis. Take I-57 to Route 37 north, or use Route 154 for east-west access through town. The area's rolling farmland and continental climate support extensive corn and soybean production. The annual Sesser Days festival brings carnival rides and live entertainment to this quiet community of 2,000 each summer.
