Senecaville is a lakeside town of 400 people in eastern Ohio's Guernsey County, built around the 3,550-acre Senecaville Lake. Reach it via State Route 313 from Interstate 70 (about 90 miles from Columbus) or through Cambridge on local roads. The area features rolling Appalachian foothills with moderate winters and warm, humid summers. The lake was created by the Army Corps of Engineers in 1937 for flood control.
