Selfridge is a tiny farming town of under 200 people in south-central North Dakota, reached via Highway 1806 along the Missouri River. The main route connects north to Bismarck (60 miles) and south toward South Dakota, with county roads serving surrounding ranches. The original grain elevator from its early 1900s railroad days still stands as a landmark of the community's agricultural roots.
