Sayre is a small railroad town in northern Pennsylvania, just three miles from New York. Take US 220 from Williamsport (45 miles south) or Elmira (20 miles north), or exit I-86 at Waverly and cross on Route 199. The town sits where major routes converge in the Susquehanna River valley. The restored Sayre Theatre downtown still shows its original 1920s marquee.
