Saxton is a small Pennsylvania borough in Bedford County, accessible via US Route 26 and PA Route 913 through scenic Appalachian foothills. Most visitors drive from Altoona (35 miles north via I-99) or Bedford. The town sits along the Raystown Branch of the Juniata River and features the historic Saxton Station Covered Bridge from the 1880s.
