Sawyer is a tiny farming town in south-central Kansas, sitting right on US Highway 54 in Pratt County. The main route in is US-54, which connects to Pratt about 15 miles northeast and continues west toward Greensburg. The classic grain elevator dominates the skyline, visible for miles across the flat prairie landscape.
