Saratoga is a tiny community in eastern North Carolina's Wilson County, sitting right on US 301 about 50 miles from Raleigh. Most visitors arrive via I-95 to US 301 or take US 64 East from the Triangle area through tobacco and pine country. It's a handy pit stop for long-distance travelers heading between the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, with EV charging available in nearby Wilson. The old cemetery here preserves headstones from the 1800s farming families who first settled the area.
