Salem Lakes is a suburban community in southeastern Wisconsin, about 60 miles from Chicago via I-94. The area features rolling farmland dotted with small glacial lakes. Highway 83 runs north-south through town, while Highway 50 provides east-west access. Most residents commute to jobs in Kenosha, Milwaukee, or Chicago. Silver Lake, the largest lake at 230 acres, anchors the community and offers popular fishing and boating.
