Rushville is a small agricultural town in Nebraska's Panhandle that serves as Sheridan County's seat. Highway 20 runs right through the middle of town, connecting it to Chadron 25 miles east. Most visitors arrive via Highway 2 from I-80 to the south, about 90 miles away. The 1916 Sheridan County Courthouse with its red brick clock tower dominates the town center.
