Rulo sits at Nebraska's southeastern tip where the Missouri River meets the Big Nemaha River. Take US Highway 159 south from Falls City (12 miles) or connect via US Highway 75 from the north. The town of 164 is home to Cooper Nuclear Station, Nebraska's only commercial nuclear power plant operating since 1974.
