Roxana is a small industrial town in Madison County, Illinois, about 15 miles northeast of St. Louis. Take I-270 north to Highway 111 for the most direct route, or I-55 to Highway 111 from the Illinois side. The flat prairie location makes for easy driving year-round. The massive Phillips 66 refinery complex dominates the skyline with its towering smokestacks.
