Ronceverte is a small Greenbrier County town along US 219, about eight miles north of Lewisburg and Interstate 64. The Greenbrier River flows through this Appalachian foothills community of 1,400 residents. Most visitors arrive via US 219 from Lewisburg or take State Route 63 west toward the New River Gorge. The town's restored 1897 railroad depot now serves as a visitor center.
