Rogers is a tiny Ohio village of 164 people near the Pennsylvania border in Columbiana County. State Route 11 runs through town, connecting to Youngstown 30 miles north and East Liverpool 15 miles southeast. Most trips are local runs to Salem or East Liverpool for services. The 1882 post office building still operates today, making it one of the county's oldest continuously running postal facilities.
