Roe is a tiny farming town in Arkansas's rice country, about 15 miles southeast of Stuttgart via Highway 79 and Highway 276. Most visitors arrive through Stuttgart, either driving from Little Rock via Interstate 40 or flying into Stuttgart Municipal Airport. The town sits in classic Delta farmland with a massive grain elevator that towers over the surrounding rice fields, visible from miles away across the flat landscape.
