Rockmart is a small city in northwest Georgia, about 50 miles from Atlanta via US 278 and I-20. The town sits in rolling foothills where highways 278, 101, and 113 intersect, making it a natural crossroads for travelers heading to the north Georgia mountains or Alabama. Named for its historic rock quarries, you can still see the old quarry sites scattered around town.
