Rockham is a tiny farming town of 37 people in central South Dakota's Faulk County. Most visitors arrive via US Highway 83, which connects north to Bismarck (140 miles) and south to Pierre (90 miles), or take State Highway 20 for east-west travel. The massive grain elevator towers over the prairie landscape, serving as both a navigation landmark and symbol of the area's agricultural roots.
