Rochester is a small Ohio River town in western Pennsylvania, about 30 miles northwest of Pittsburgh via I-376 and Route 18. The community of 3,400 sits where the Beaver River meets the Ohio, connected by Route 68 and other local roads to nearby Beaver County communities. The restored 1890s Rochester Opera House still hosts live performances downtown.
