Ripon is a small Central Valley farming town of 16,000 people, about 15 miles northeast of Modesto via Highway 99. Take the Hammer Lane or Main Street exits off 99, or connect from I-580 if coming from the Bay Area. The surrounding almond orchards bloom pink and white each February, earning Ripon its title as the "Almond Capital of the World."
