Richwood is a small Ohio city of 2,300 people located on US Route 23, about 35 miles north of Columbus. The town sits at the crossroads of US 23 and State Route 47 in Union County's agricultural heartland. Most visitors arrive via I-270 from Columbus, then head north on US 23 through Delaware. The Union County Fair, running since 1851, remains one of Ohio's oldest county fairs.
