Reeder is a small farming town of 125 people in southwestern North Dakota, about 25 miles from Montana. US Highway 12 runs right through town, connecting east to South Dakota and west toward Baker, Montana. Most visitors come via Highway 12 or take State Highway 8 from Dickinson, which sits 60 miles north on Interstate 94. The town's 1950s-era grain elevator still dominates the skyline as one of the few original concrete elevators left standing in the region.
