Redkey is a small farming town in eastern Indiana, about 20 miles northeast of Muncie via State Road 67. The main routes include SR-67 north-south and SR-28 from the west, with I-69 access through Muncie. This quiet agricultural community was once a natural gas boom town in the 1880s, when gas discoveries brought glass manufacturers to the area.
