Redfield is a small farming town in central Arkansas, about 30 miles southwest of Little Rock via Interstate 530 and Highway 46. The community of 1,700 sits in rolling countryside typical of the Arkansas River valley. Most visitors arrive from I-530 at Exit 46, then drive 8 miles west on Highway 46, which also connects to Pine Bluff. The town's focal point is a restored 1922 brick school building that now serves as the community center.
