Redding is a tiny farming community of 51 people in south-central Iowa's Ringgold County. Reach it via Highway 2 from Mount Ayr (15 miles southwest) or take I-35 to Lamoni, then Highway 2 west for about 20 miles. The town sits amid rolling prairie farmland and features a historic one-room schoolhouse from 1885.
