Random Lake is a small Wisconsin town about 45 miles north of Milwaukee, reached via I-43 north to Highway 57, then west on Highway 67. Local routes connect to Sheboygan's Lake Michigan beaches and West Bend for services. The town sits among rolling dairy farms and glacial lakes in Sheboygan County. The community gets its name from the oddly shaped central lake that early settlers thought looked randomly placed rather than following typical glacial patterns.
