Randall is a tiny farming town of 142 people in central Iowa's Hamilton County. US Highway 69 runs right through it, connecting north to Fort Dodge and south toward Ames and Des Moines, with Interstate 35 about 20 miles east for longer trips. The classic grain elevator towers over the surrounding cornfields, visible for miles across the flat prairie.
