Ramsey is a Twin Cities suburb about 30 miles northwest of Minneapolis, accessible via Highway 10 from I-35W or Highway 65 through Blaine. The city sits along the Mississippi River with a Northstar commuter rail station downtown. The restored 1896 Old City Hall now serves as the historical society headquarters and wedding venue.
